Life Lately

Thought I would just do a little update on life lately from photos on my phone (and a few from my real camera.)
Last week I took a walk over to the capitol to snap some pictures of the rose garden, it's so beautiful there!

Nathan and I went camping in the Sierras, it was a fun and relaxing quick trip.

Camping selfie

I stopped nannying this cutie, been with him since he was 3 months old, miss him so much!

Nathan went skiing in Tahoe, for work. Awesome, right?

We enjoyed conference and I enjoyed some caprese salad.

I have been summoned, my first time ever, kinda excited, kinda not.

I went to Stanford for a Women in Coaching Clinic, I learned a ton.

I went and visited this cutie patutie for lunch at Intel

And then headed over to the temple (both Intel and the temple are in Folsom)

And we celebrated Easter here with one of Nathan's work friends, it was great!

Phoenix

On our way home from Florida we had a 10 hour layover in Arizona, I stayed up in Arizona but Nathan was able to come to church eat dinner with the family that day, it was a great day!

After dinner we played a non [very] competitive game of wiffle ball

1. Grandpa and his grandbabies. 2. Nols being silly as usual!

 1. Saw my lifelong BFF Morgan. 2. Went to Suns vs. Clippers game where we barely lost...

Got to see these two lovely ladies and adorable Tad.

Think there is enough blondes in the family!?

We hit up an awesome new splash pad in Mesa!

Nols and I have the same facial expression here, the water was chilly!

1. Tristan being cute. 2. Nol showing off his cute speedo.

A fun picnic

And kite flying to top off an awesome day!

We also went to my favorite place, the zoo!! How cute is this, Tristan and his friend holding hands!

1. My mom lookin good with some grandbabies. 2. Evelyn brushing a goat.

 Little bunny foo foo

Nolan wasn't a fan of the carousel.

Evelyn was though!

It was such a fun trip! Missing my family and AZ!

Disney World--Day 3

Our last magical filled day was spent at Magic Kingdom. We got there before the park opened and loved seeing all the characters come out and greet us for the park opening!

Once in the park the non VDG bloods headed over to the tea cups. Those VDGs have sensitive stomachs and don't like spinning and twirling, while I on the other hand love it! My dad would take us on this ride as kids and make our heads pop off!

1. The new 7 Dwarfs ride being built, almost done! 2. Some manly men in front of Gastons Tavern

If I were a duck I would definitely want to be a duck that lives at Disney World!

Nathan and Claire bear posing in front of Belles Castle

Jungle Cruise!

Hey, my legs get tired too!

Claire and I love riding Thunder Mountain together, it's our "thing"

Baby ducks, baby bunnies, you name it, Disney has it!

Leah lou getting some sparkles in her hair and making a wish!

Most of the gang in front of the castle

Hanging out at Swiss Family Robinson Tree House!

Claire and Leah got to be in Belles show!

Oh, and so did I! I may have been the only one over 4 feet tall.....
