Phoenix

We stayed in Phoenix for about two weeks. It was the greatest.  We loved being able to see family and just relaxing. Although Europe was great fun, I just needed to relax!

We went to visit my Grandma and Grandpa in Fountain Hills. You can see below why it is called that.

Momo graduated from Shadow Mountain! Check out her dress that my mom made! What skills! We had a fun dinner at California Pizza Kitchen, mmm!

Since she was Student Body President she had to give a speech and she did a great job!

The whole gang, we missed you Cady!

Last Waldrom of 5 to go through Shadow Mountain, 1996-2012.

More Phoenix pictures to come!

Cam & Julie's Wedding

Oh my goodness. This wedding was AMAZING. First of all, I am in love with Cam and Julie. They are probably the cutest couple in the world. You can tell how in love they are just by looking at them! It makes me want to cry with happiness. Seriously. Julie is the cutest girl ever and I knew her wedding was going to be absolutely gorgeous, and she did not disappoint!! I mean look at these flowers!!!!

I died and went to heaven. Seriously thought about walking out with one of these centerpieces ;)

We got to see our wonderful friends. It had only been a month since we had seen them but we missed them

I loved Julie's bridesmaids with the different shades of peach and the different styles of dresses, so dang cute!!

The bridal party

How cute are all these boys?! Best friends forever!!

I loved hanging out with Sadey and Courtney all night. And we loved seeing Cam and Julie SO happy!

The happy couple, have you ever seen a better looking couple before?! I THINK NOT!

A good time was had by all and we miss all our friends tons!!

Austria

Is anyone sick of me blogging about Europe yet?! Well this is the last Europe post! Yay, I did it! Our last day in Austria we went on a beautiful hike. I really wasn't up for hiking but I am very glad I went. Like I've said hundreds of times before about Europe, it was beautiful!

Nathan was tempted several times to cliff jump into the crystal clear water but we knew it was gonna be pretty chilly!

After Austria we had to drive our car back to the Czech Republic to return it. We stopped it a cute city called Czechy Krumlov. We ate lunch there and then back on the road.

Nathan had to get a picture by this car, he loves Kofola!

There are these yellow fields all over Czech Republic and Slovakia. They make oil out of the flowers.

Once we reached Prague we flew back to Istanbul where we stayed another night and went to the Aquarium there. Then we finally arrived back in the US of A!

Salzburg

Salzburg was gorgeous! It was such a cute city.  The first thing we did was the Salt Mines. I know it sounds a little boring but it was AWESOME. We got dressed up in these cool jump suits and got to go down these huge slides. Random, yes. But awesome!!

Did some walking around and looked at some nice fancy shops.

Walked my Mozart's home

Walked around Mirabell Garden where some of the Sound of Music was filmed. I loved all the flowers!

We saw a Mozart concert in a restaurant that has been around for hundreds of years.

We went to the trick fountains at Hellburnn Palace. Nathan didn't tell me where we were going, all I knew is that we were going on a tour at a palace. At the beginning of the tour the guide asked for a volunteer, and I love volunteering so I volunteered! And so did the Asian to my right, look at how scared she looks! And I had no idea why.

Then this happened, but thank goodness I was sitting on the seat that didn't have a fountain!!

Anyone know what movie this is from and what song is being sung in there?!

Next up some more Austira and a little more Czech Republic!

I have the best dad

I know everyone says they have the best dad and blah blah blah. But I am being honest when I say, I, Ali Van De Graaff have THE best dad :)
He makes me cry at the right moment. You can't see my face here, but I am balling. So good thing you can't see my face.

And like Sister Dalton said, "The most important thing a father can do for his daughter [and son] is to love their mother."  And my dad is the greatest example of this. There is never a moment he is not treating her with respect and dignity.

When I tell people I have four sisters they ALWAYS say "Oh your poor father!" HAH!! If they only knew my dad LOVES it and that we are all little daddys girls! When my dad was Bishop he changed the fathers and sons campout to fathers and children campout. It was the best!!

We get our love for Disneyland from him (and my mom).

Not only is he a great dad but he is also a great grandpa!

He loves to throw around the pig skin with his four sons in laws.

One time he came all the way to Hawaii to visit me. Now that's love!

He is always in tip top shape, exercise on vacation?! No thanks!

He (and my mom) are the biggest Cougar fans around.

He takes his crazy kids on bike rides.

All in all I have the greatest Dad (and Mom too!)

And to top off all this awesomeness, I have the best Father in Law too!
